“I am a contemporary applied artist, intrigued by the complexity of the human mind. My work is a thought process, evolving in time and space. It forms a visual diary uncovering and discovering aspects of my life, using materials as a language and turning thought into form. I use the ‘sieve’ as a metaphor to show how we filter our thoughts in response to difficulties in life and how we ‘fill in the gaps’ to make sense of it all.
